Crystal Clear Messages is a one-to-one inner work and reflective guidance practice operated by Crystal Hall. This policy explains how personal information shared through this website is collected, used, and protected.
When you submit a booking request or contact form, we collect the information you choose to share — your name, email address, and any personal context you provide in the form. We do not collect card details; payment details are processed securely by Stripe.
Your information is used to respond to your request and deliver the service you have booked. We do not sell your personal information. Service providers may process it as needed to operate the website and deliver email submissions. If you sign up via the gift modal, your email is used only to send the discount code and to notify Crystal that a new subscriber has joined.
Contact messages are emailed to Crystal through Resend; the site stores aggregate submission totals and anonymous submission IDs to prevent duplicate counting, not copies of contact names, email addresses, or message text. Booking requests are also emailed through Resend, and a private backup of your name, email address, chosen service, and written request details is saved in Crystal’s password-protected Studio before payment opens. This allows Crystal to recover your written request if email delivery fails. Booking payment references, amounts, request-email status, and verified payment status are retained with that request; card details are never stored by this site. Photos are processed temporarily as email attachments and are not stored in the site’s database, file storage, or Studio backup. Resend also sends Crystal a payment notification after Stripe verifies a booking. Aggregate counts contain no personal details. Acceptance by the email service does not guarantee final inbox delivery.
By submitting a booking form or signing up for a gift offer, you may receive emails from Crystal Hall in relation to your request. You will not be added to any mailing list without your explicit consent.
This website uses sessionStorage to remember whether the welcome modal has been shown in your current browser session. No tracking cookies or third-party analytics are used.
