Crystal Clear Messages offers guided meditations, energy readings, Self-Return experiences, and digital Inner Portrait commissions. These services are for personal reflection and self-connection purposes only. They are not a substitute for professional medical, psychological, or therapeutic care.
Bookings are confirmed once payment has been received via Stripe. Submitting a request form does not guarantee a booking until payment is processed. Crystal Hall reserves the right to decline a request if the service is not a suitable fit.
If you need to cancel or reschedule a live session, please reach out at least 48 hours in advance via email. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours notice may not be eligible for a refund. Recorded experiences and Inner Portraits are non-refundable once work has begun.
Recorded Self-Returns and Inner Portraits are created personally and uniquely for each client. Delivery times are estimates (3–5 days for recordings, 5–7 days for portraits) and may vary. Inner Portraits are original digital watercolour artworks delivered as high-resolution digital files; no physical painting is shipped. All delivered files are for personal use only.
Everything you share during a session or in an intake form is treated with complete confidentiality. Your information will never be shared publicly or with third parties without your explicit written consent.
Energy readings and reflective guidance are subjective experiences, and outcomes cannot be guaranteed. Crystal Hall provides her services with care and integrity, but accepts no liability for decisions made based on session content. You are always the authority on your own life.
